Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Options and Delivery Times

  • We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping times and costs vary based on the selected option and your location.
  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • There is no Shipping charge for orders in the US.
  • Estimated delivery time starts from the date your order is shipped, not the date of order placement.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

    5. International Shipping

    We currently ship to the following countries: India, UK. Additional customs fees or taxes may apply for international shipments.

      6. Shipping Address

      Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for shipments lost due to incorrect addresses.

         

        Return Policy

        1. Returns

        We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

          2. Return Process

          To initiate a return, please contact us at info@palette6.com. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item(s).

            3. Refunds

            • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
            • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

            4. Exchanges

            We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at info@palette6.com.

              5. Return Shipping

              • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
              • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

              6. Late or Missing Refunds

              • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
